Tomato Basil Bone Broth Soup with Garlic and Cream
• Ingredients:
• 300 ml bone broth
• 200 ml water
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 200 g canned diced tomatoes
• Fresh basil leaves, chopped
• Salt, pepper, and a splash of heavy cream (optional)
• Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a pot, add garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
2. Add canned tomatoes and basil, cooking until tomatoes soften.
3. Pour in bone broth and water, and bring to a simmer.
4. Blend until smooth, season with salt and pepper, and add cream if desired.
