Bone Broth Ramen with Sautéed Garlic and Vegetables

 

Ingredients:

300 ml beef bone broth

200 ml water

1 garlic clove, minced

1 tsp sesame oil or olive oil

1 pack ramen noodles

• 1 steak (bake at 110° until the meat reaches 44°C internal then sear for 1-2 mins on each side at a very high heat)

1 soft-boiled egg (6 minutes then ice bath till cooled)

50 g mushrooms, thinly sliced

50 g spinach or bok choy

1 green onion, finely sliced

Soy sauce and sesame seeds to taste

Instructions:

1. Heat sesame oil in a pot, add minced garlic and mushrooms, and sauté until mushrooms are soft and garlic is fragrant.

2. Pour in bone broth and water, and add a dash of soy sauce. Bring to a simmer.

3. Add ramen noodles, cooking until tender. Stir in spinach or bok choy until wilted.

4. Serve noodles and broth in a bowl, topping with a soft-boiled egg, steak, green onions, and sesame seeds.
