Bone Broth Ramen with Sautéed Garlic and Vegetables
• Ingredients:
• 300 ml beef bone broth
• 200 ml water
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 1 tsp sesame oil or olive oil
• 1 pack ramen noodles
• 1 soft-boiled egg (6 minutes then ice bath till cooled)
• 50 g mushrooms, thinly sliced
• 50 g spinach or bok choy
• 1 green onion, finely sliced
• Soy sauce and sesame seeds to taste
• Instructions:
1. Heat sesame oil in a pot, add minced garlic and mushrooms, and sauté until mushrooms are soft and garlic is fragrant.
2. Pour in bone broth and water, and add a dash of soy sauce. Bring to a simmer.
3. Add ramen noodles, cooking until tender. Stir in spinach or bok choy until wilted.
4. Serve noodles and broth in a bowl, topping with a soft-boiled egg, steak, green onions, and sesame seeds.
