Garlic and Herb Lentil Soup with Bone Broth
• Ingredients:
• 300 ml bone broth
• 300 ml water
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 100 g lentils, rinsed
• 50 g diced carrots
• 50 g diced celery
• 50 g diced onion
• Fresh rosemary or thyme
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a pot, add garlic, onion, carrot, and celery, and sauté until softened.
2. Add lentils, bone broth, water, and herbs, and bring to a simmer.
3. Cook until lentils are tender, season with salt and pepper, and serve.
