Herbed Chicken & Rice Soup with Bone Broth
• Ingredients:
• 300 ml bone broth
• 200 ml water
• 1 tbsp butter or olive oil
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 75 g cubed cooked chicken
• 50 g cooked rice
• 50 g diced carrot
• 50 g celery, diced
• Fresh parsley and thyme, finely chopped
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Instructions:
1. Melt butter or heat olive oil in a pot, add garlic, and sauté until golden.
2. Add carrot and celery, cooking until softened and slightly caramelized.
3. Pour in bone broth and water, and bring to a simmer.
4. Stir in cooked cubed chicken, rice, and herbs; season with salt and pepper. Let flavors meld for 5 minutes before serving.
