Vegetable Soup W/ Bone Broth
• Ingredients:
• 300 ml bone broth
• 300 ml water (or more as needed)
• 75 g diced carrots
• 75 g diced celery
• 75 g diced onion
• 50 g spinach or kale
• Salt and pepper to taste
• Instructions:
1. In a pot, sauté the onion, carrot, celery, your favorite vegetables (if using potatoes they should be boiled separately before sautéing) until softened.
2. Pour in bone broth and water, and bring to a boil.
3. Add spinach or kale, simmer for 20 minutes, season, and serve.
